1. Agreement to Terms

By using the IntelLink AI Assistant platform ("Platform," "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

IntelLink provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that allows users to create, manage, and deploy AI-powered chatbots. The features and services available to you depend on your selected subscription plan ("Plan").

3. Accounts and Registration

To access the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Our Service is offered on a subscription basis. By signing up for a Plan, you agree to pay the fees associated with that Plan.

  • Billing: We use Stripe for payment processing. Your Plan will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel.
  • Free Trial: We may offer a free trial for a limited period. At the end of the trial period, you will need to provide payment information to continue using the Service on a paid Plan.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
  • Plan Changes: You can upgrade or downgrade your Plan at any time. Upgrades are typically prorated and billed immediately, while downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
