Installation Steps

Follow these four simple steps to get your Intellink chatbot running on your WordPress website.

Install the Plugin

From your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins → Add New. Search for "Intellink Chatbot" and click Install Now, then Activate.

  • Navigate to your WordPress admin dashboard
  • Click on 'Plugins' in the left sidebar
  • Select 'Add New' from the dropdown
  • Search for 'Intellink Chatbot' in the search box
  • Click 'Install Now' and then 'Activate'

Navigate to Settings

In the WordPress admin menu, go to Settings → Intellink Chatbot.

  • Look for 'Settings' in your WordPress admin menu
  • Click on 'Settings' to expand the submenu
  • Find and click on 'Intellink Chatbot'
  • You'll be taken to the plugin configuration page

Enter Your Script

On the settings page, you will see a "Intellink Script" field. Copy the script tag from your Intellink dashboard and paste it here.

  • Locate the 'Intellink Script' field on the settings page
  • Go to your Intellink dashboard and copy your embed script
  • Paste the script tag into the text field
  • Make sure the entire script tag is copied correctly

Save and Verify

Click the Save Settings button. Now, visit your website. The Intellink Chatbot widget should appear on every page. Congratulations!
